The staff here really tried! Even helped me through some issues with my room situation, it felt human. I was grateful when they were quick to respond to my requests for clean towels.
It was pricey, not exactly a bargain for what I got.

The room had a comfortable sitting area that made relaxing after a long day easy. The flat-screen TV was nice for unwinding with some shows. I appreciated having free toiletries available, which is always a plus. However, there were several issues. I encountered a serious cockroach problem with little critters showing up in the shower and under furniture. The floors were dirty, and I found hair on the shower curtain, which was quite off-putting. The staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned my concerns, which didn't add to a positive experience. Overall, the cleanliness issue and lack of customer care were disappointing.
